Landon Martinsen has joined RS&I as the new Director of Fiber Sales

Idaho Falls, ID — May 1, 2024 — RS&I, an industry-leading Master Sales Agent and Distributor, is pleased to announce the hiring of Landon Martinsen as Director of Fiber Sales. In this role, Landon will be leading RS&I's Authorized Dealers nationwide for continued growth in Fiber sales.

With over a decade of experience in telecommunications, Landon has continually evolved and adapted to the ever-changing landscape of the industry. His career began as a part-time rep in an entry-level sales position, where he quickly demonstrated a knack for understanding customer needs and driving impactful solutions. This soon led to early sales leadership opportunities.

These opportunities for growth and advancement came in the form of regional and Director-level positions. This most notably included Landon opening a brand-new market for his dealer (and T-Mobile as a whole) in Montana, where he and his team quickly became one of the top-performing markets in the nation. Landon went on to build a strong foundation in fiber internet sales and promotion before joining RS&I.

Throughout his career, he has remained steadfast in his dedication to sales excellence and leadership development. These twin passions have guided every decision and action, propelling him to innovate, inspire, and achieve tangible results in every endeavor undertaken.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Landon is a dedicated father and husband. He is actively involved in his church and community, serving others with compassion and integrity. Landon is a graduate of BYU.

Sean Wise Promoted to RS&I Director of Sales — AT&T National Retail

Idaho Falls, ID — March 4, 2024 — RS&I, an industry leading Master Sales Agent and Distributor, is proud to announce the promotion of Sean Wise to the position of Director of Sales — AT&T National Retail. In his new role, Wise will spearhead the company's efforts to expand its AT&T National Retail program across the country.

Wise, who joined RS&I in January 2023 as an Area Sales Manager in the Dallas Branch, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new position. A graduate of the University of Nebraska — Lincoln, Wise has over 18 years of experience in marketing and sales management across various sectors.

Throughout his career, Wise has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a keen ability to drive business success. His previous roles in national retail have provided him with a solid foundation to lead RS&I and its dealers in expanding the AT&T National Retail program.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Wise is deeply committed to giving back to the community. He is actively involved in charitable causes and endeavors to make a positive impact wherever he goes.

Craig Martin Promoted to Director of Sales; AT&T Small Business at RS&I

Idaho Falls, ID, February 1, 2024 — RS&I proudly announces the promotion of Craig Martin to the position of Director of Sales; AT&T Small Business, effective February 1, 2024. Martin's exceptional leadership and substantial contributions to our sales initiatives have been pivotal to our success.

Martin's journey in the wireless industry commenced in 2003 within a wholesale club setting, and he has since demonstrated unwavering dedication and expertise.

In 2004, he joined a T-Mobile dealer as a sales representative, steadily progressing to manager and then district manager overseeing three locations. His role extended to managing sub-agent program training, leading both internal and sub-agent teams.

From 2011 to 2013, Martin pursued business and finance studies at Broward College, graduating with honors and a remarkable 3.9 GPA.

In 2012, he assumed a lead sales role at an AT&T Authorized retailer with 25 locations, rapidly advancing from sales rep to store manager, and eventually district manager as the company expanded to 150 locations. His promotion involved overseeing a small district of two locations, which grew to 15 through the strategic buildout of new locations and acquisitions. Martin's participation in the ARBA (Authorized Retail Business Associate) training enabled him to successfully close significant deals for small and medium businesses. The district he managed consistently led the company in CRU total activations for multiple quarters. Furthermore, he ensured that all locations achieved their business certification by surpassing stretch goals within the first quarter annually, resulting in higher commissions due to becoming certified.

In September of 2022, Martin joined RS&I, Inc. to assume the role of Area Sales Manager in the Florida Territory. In that role he developed the territory and utilized his vast experience to drive incredible growth. He also proved his leadership skills by assisting other Area Sales Managers around the country, and assisting the Corporate Team in many ways.

As the newly appointed Director of Sales; AT&T Small Business, Craig Martin will leverage his extensive experience and dynamic leadership style to launch and expand our AT&T Small Business Sales Channel. His profound understanding of market trends and customer needs uniquely positions him to guide our sales team towards sustained success and growth within the AT&T SBS Channel.
